This is a bad company to shop with! They customer service sucks, they don't know how to talk to they customer, an something need to be done about it! It is very horrible never seen no such thing, it's been going on for years, I will never buy anything else from this company never again? Everything it’s new it’s all damaged and and they send wrong dresser and a wrong tv stand which I pay with a fireplace on

False delivery dates purposely given by Brentwood,TN Store Manager Zack, Damaged furniture delivered with pieces missing. Issues never resolved just additional deliberate misinformation given as a stall tactic. Corporate offices never responded to problems.

Royal furniture to me to court garnish my check and I let them so they would gone get paid months later they sending letters saying I owe 500 more dollars are they crazy u should have took me to court to get all the so call money the first time I will have a lawyer if they try to take me to court again because I'm not paying them another dime. Furniture not worth price's daughter bed broke withend montha of buying it. They need to stop sending me letters because I dont owe them any more money.

Royal Furniture in Detroit, Michigan - Shipping

My husband and I have a set time when we have to be at work everyday. They told us they can only deliver on Thursdays in our area and didn’t have a time frame for us. (After we already paid.) We asked if there was some way they could deliver to us on a weekend when we’re off and was told no. My thing is, if you want peoples business. They should work with you on when you’ll be home to have it delivered. Cause now my husband has to use a day from work cause they expected time of deliver is between the times we’re already at work.

The delivery drivers tried to act as if I did not know where I stay or I was dumb and didn’t know how to get to my house and my furniture was supposed to be delivered at 11am and I still have not received my furniture and it is going on 5:30

Customer service is terrible. The people working for this company are money hungry will try to sale you anything. Even when you are just 1payment late they will send people to your house to try to take you to court. They are a RIP off. I will never shop with and I don’t recommend this furniture company for anyone.

Royal Furniture - Poor Quality Furniture and Poor ways to pay

WE keep missing each other. Trying to get with them about payment plans. I am trying again to sign up online but it does not recognize my social. This company just has so many issues when trying to pay. I've gone to the store to pay several times and the system was down. I've called many times and the system has hung up on me. My son's bed is broken and my tables in my living room are coming apart. I've had furniture from other places still intact and are in good shape that I have had for 30-40 years. I've had Royal Furniture for less than two years before we began to see it deteriorate .

DO NOT! I repeat, DO NOT! Purchase anything made of wood from this company. it has taken them 3 months to address a problem with over $1,000 worth of broken defected bar stools that I've only had 4 months. I put this on an account with them so I asked that they pick up the raggly barstools and refund my account. They refused to do that, told me to buy something else. Why would I purchase anything else after the way I've been treated. Even after leaving a message with the head person Mr. Favors at the corporate office, instead of him calling me back he passed it off to a very rude woman who put the phone down several times as I was talking. Theres no customer loyalty they just care about them making money.
