I have been a customer of Royal Furniture since 2003 , because I love their furniture, purchased a mattress from them February of 2017 . And for the past month or so something has been biting me .
So i thought maybe I was allergic to what it was made of so I did a little research and it sound like bed bugs . I have called the store for the past week and have been getting the run around. Called corporate office left message for district manager still never return my called. I was told by the salesmen that i had no warranty because I have bed bugs .
First I don't appreciate being Treated the way they have treated me .
I spent $600.00 on the mattress and now I had to into another store to purchase another one on today 5/29/17 . If I have to report this to the media I will .
